These terms apply to your use of this website and to the SMS messaging program operated by DP Flooring Services LLC (“DP Flooring Services”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or opting in to our messages, you agree to them.
SMS Terms of Service
DP Flooring Services LLC
- When you opt in to the DP Flooring Services LLC messaging program, you can expect to receive quote confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, job-progress updates, and answers to questions you send us. If you also tick the marketing consent box, you may receive messages about seasonal offers, promotions, and news about services we have added. Opting in is optional, and it is never a condition of getting a quote or having us do your floor.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (217) 372-7770. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@dpflooringservices.com or (217) 372-7770.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed for your quote and job, and message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Quotes and estimates
Quotes are free, given in writing, and based on what we see at the site visit. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. If we uncover something once the coating is ground off — failed slab, moisture, an old coating that has to come up — we will stop, tell you what we found and what it changes, and get your approval before carrying on. Nothing gets added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
Scheduling and access
We will agree a start date with you in advance. You are responsible for clearing the space and giving us access, water and power on the day. Weather, cure times and conditions in the space can move a schedule; we will keep you posted if that happens.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, the balance is due on completion.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. Any warranty on materials or workmanship is set out on your quote and invoice, and that document governs. A warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact, chemicals the floor was not specified for, or structural movement in the slab.
Website content
We keep this site accurate, but it is provided for general information. Prices, finishes, colors and availability can change, and photographs and color swatches are representative — the color of a finished floor depends on lighting and on your slab. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; your written quote is.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. Continued use of the site or the messaging program after a change means you accept it.
