Same prep on every floor. What changes is the system on top.

Garage floors

Rated for hot-tire pickup, usually in full flake — it hides repairs and adds grip.

Patios & porches

UV-stable clear with non-slip aggregate as standard, built for sun and freeze-thaw.

Commercial & warehouse

Higher build, chemical-resistant resin and filled joints — specced for forklifts and wash-downs. Striping goes into the system, not on top.

Flake finishes

The most forgiving finish we install. Fifteen stock blends, or we’ll mix to match.

Metallic pours

Pigment worked through clear resin as it levels — no two ever come out the same.

Solid color

Clean, uniform and the most economical. We only recommend it over genuinely flat concrete.

Can I see one of these floors in person?

Usually, yes — past customers around Champaign, Urbana and Bloomington will let you stand on their floor. Either way, we bring real sample boards to every estimate.

How long does a floor like this take?

Most garages and basements take one to two days; commercial floors are phased in sections. You get exact cure dates before we start.
